Silhouette & Co Booking Policies

Deposits

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No Call / No Show

Failure to show for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the full service amount will be charged.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm, private, and luxury environment, children and additional guests are not permitted.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

Clients are required to carefully review all service instructions prior to their appointment.

Consent Forms

All clients must complete and sign required consent forms prior to receiving any service.
