Silhouette&Co Booking Policies
Deposits
A $20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in payment being forfeited.
No Call / No Show
No-call, no-show appointments will result in forfeited payment and no future appointments allowed.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and payment will be forfeited.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, private, and luxury environment, children and additional guests are not permitted.
Pre-Appointment Requirements
Clients are required to carefully review all service instructions prior to their appointment.
Consent Forms
All clients must complete and sign required consent forms prior to receiving any service.
